Our weekend in Wilmington....

The Union Cafe has got some delicious food, nice view of the beach, and a nice romantic balcany for a hot date. Aaron was sampling our dessert and told me I had to hurry up if I wanted any :) Thanks for a great weekend Aaron. I'll miss you at Girls Camp. Don't enjoy the house to yourself too much!

Here's your secret recipe.......

You need two strong Samoan arms to mix it all up. Its that simple, but I realize not many of you have access to a Samoan....so I guess your chicken just won't taste the same :)

How to make Aaron's amazing chicken.... (he had another fundraiser at work today)

1. First you skin the chicken,
2.Then you put it in a cooler.

3.Then you make the marinade

4. Then you pour in the marinade

My first blanket....

Well my mom convinced me that making raq quilts were easy so I thought I'd give it a try. Needless to say, I probably shouldn't have started with jeans, since the needle breaks all the time....well at least Aaron is happy and I was able to have most of it finished to give him on Memorial Day last week. Its made up of three pairs of jeans. It could've been bigger, but that would mean he'd have to give up jeans he still wears. We might add on later :)
